1. Booking

Tour requests submitted through our website are considered inquiries only and do not guarantee a reservation.

A booking is confirmed only after:

We confirm your requested date and itinerary by email.
Full payment has been received via PayPal invoice (or another agreed payment method).

Payment instructions will be provided after your inquiry has been reviewed.

Your reservation is secured only after payment has been successfully received.

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

If Beyond K Travel cancels the tour due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive either:

Minor changes to the itinerary may be necessary due to weather, traffic, opening hours, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We will always do our best to provide a comparable experience.

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in the selected tour.

Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, accessibility requirements, or dietary restrictions that may affect your experience.

Beyond K Travel is not responsible for:

Personal injury resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Delays caused by traffic, public transportation disruptions, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.
